I want the voices of other creative students to be heard and let them share a piece of what they think creativity is and how they show it.
Katie Brown is a senior majoring in English & Writing. She previously worked on staff in Fall '23 and returned as one of The Crossings' Content Creators in the Fall of '24. This year, she's continuing her work as Content Creator while also serving as one of the Podcast Co-Hosts. Since she had such a great experience writing, editing, and helping publish her peers work, Katie decided to spend her final semester on The Crossings staff for a final hurrah.
Katie grew up right here in South Bend, Indiana. After she graduates, she hopes to pursue a career in writing, editing, or publishing. In her free time, Katie loves to read, watch Netflix or YouTube, make lists, sleep, and play Minecraft. Her favorite book is Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, which happens to be written by her favorite author J.K. Rowling.
